I am a certified independent Luthier,specializing in studio quality, performance level guitar repair; setups and tone modifications. I trained at Bryan Galloup's Luthierie School, Big Rapids MI. I have been successfully employed by Mars and Sam Ash Music, San Antonio, repairing over 1,000 fretted instruments per year. I have 25 years experience as a Machinist/Tool and Die Maker.
This gives me a distinct advantage understanding tools, techniques, and mechanical operation of fretted instruments, plus the ability to measure and work accurately. My clients are; Studios, Professional Musicians, Teachers and Worship Leaders. I spent a week training with Buzz Feiten. I am the only Level 2 Retrofitter in San Antonio, Texas.
I have been Authorized by Gibson, Fender and Taylor. Currently a member of A.S.I.A .
